The Draft Resolution establishes a fixed rate of scholarship that exceeds the sum currently received by the grant holders in three times. Pursuant to the Draft Resolution, 175 scholarships in the amount of 900 UAH will be established for the students of higher education establishments of I-II levels of accreditation, and 325 scholarships in the amount of 1200 UAH for the of higher education establishments of III-IV levels of accreditation

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine shall elaborate the procedure for franting the scholarships jointly with the Committee on Science and Education .
